Educational Qualifications

  • ATCO: Bachelor’s degree with CAA-approved Air Traffic Control training.
  • Security/Operations:
  • ASO: Intermediate (Grade 12) + 6-month security training certification.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Finance, or Business Administration.

Experience

  • ATCO/Engineers: 1–2 years in aviation or related fields (preferred).

Age Limit

  • General: 18–30 years.
  • Age Relaxation:
  • 5 years for ex-servicemen.
  • 3 years for candidates from remote regions (e.g., Gilgit-Baltistan).

  • Open to all provinces, with regional quotas for Sindh, Punjab, KPK, and Balochistan.

3. Salary and Benefits

  • Pay Scale:
